RealNext

The Independent RealNext Foundation was established in 2003 by 3 leading real estate agents and property consultants on the Dutch market DTZ Zadelhoff, Jones Lang Lasalle and CB Richard Ellis. The mission was and is to help increase the transparency on the Dutch commercial property market.

To this end RealNext has developed a unique MLS service for the Dutch market. All member real estate agents list their properties on the RealNext system and have a search engine on their own website with all the available property offered by themselves, by the other members of the RealNext foundation and complemented with the rest of the available commercial property on the Dutch market.

RealNext currently has over 17.000 objects in its database that can be accessed for free on the website of association members. 

RealNext members include the Top 6 of European real estate consultants, local leaders in the field and mayor Dutch real estate associations.

Membership costs start at € 4200 per year, listing costs start at 95 euros per year.
